A spin off of Nokia's late acquisition, Identity System, finally get the buyer. Informatica, a leading independent provider of data integration system, acquire Identity for undisclosed price. The acquisition is fully efective per 15 May.
Identity is a global leader in enterprise software development for identity resolution, providing fast, highly accurate and scalable solutions to profile, cleanse, group, match and consolidate data within computer systems and network databases.
Informatica has now 3000 employees worldwide.
